Chock-full of fruits and veggies, this green juice is easy sipping and refreshing as can be. Citrus, apples, cucumber, and spinach are blended until smooth then poured over ice. There’s no need to strain anything— Rather, that extra fiber is an added bonus. The taste of cucumber is pretty subtle and works well with a touch of sweetness from orange and a bit of tart from lemon and lime. Plus, a chunk of ginger brings another zing of flavor (along with antioxidants!). It’s just about perfect to replenish and help hydrate on a summer afternoon in the sun!

Little prep is involved in this recipe, as far as juicing goes. You don’t need a juicer or a peeler. Then once it’s blended up, the juice keeps well in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a couple days. To spruce it up just a tad, pour it over ice and top the juice with sparkling water, too.
No-Mess Green Juice
Ingredients
- 1 granny smith apple, cored & diced
- 1 navel orange, peeled
- ½ lemon, peeled
- ½ lime, peeled
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1 large handful fresh spinach
- 1” knob fresh ginger, chopped
- 6 cups filtered water
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend on high for about 1-2 minutes, until completely smooth.
- Serve over ice immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Spruce it up by topping with sparkling water!
